Well it certainly has been a rough journey and I'm far from finished in my next post I'm going to let you all know about my future plans but for now I'm going to enlighten those who have left me messages about how i have lost the weight.
Well basically its like everyone says, Healthy diet and exercise is all you need but i only agree to a point for instance it only helps if you can stick to it so I'm going to put some bits below of what calories i ate, what exercises i did and all those little problems i encountered with their solutions are all yours to use.
My Daily Calorie intake what between 1200 and 1800 calories, I set it at 1200 knowing that i may crave and give in a little but id still lose weight if i didnt go above the 1800 level.
I ate basically anything i wanted but i learnt what was best and what wasnt, For instance things i thought wouldnt hurt actually had stupid amounts of calories in them. You can say i'm never touching them again hehe.
Now the most importnt tool for dieting i found was water, It really helps with curbing an appetite so i Guzzled, Guzzled and Guzzled some more but when i say don't go overboard i mean it, Believe it or not but it can be bad for you.
As for the exercise i did a very basic amount, i walked an extra 30 minutes a day, it helped shed the weight quicker and occupied my mind which made me eat less, but if your lazy the diet alone would be enough, i lost between 2-8lbs a week.
Now i don't normally use supplements but my metabolism was slowish so i wanted to speed it up a little, so when i was losing weight i would be like wow :D and when i wasn't losing it would least keep me losing something.
Now for those of you that want to know what i used, Here you go Maximuscle Thermobol and L-Carnitine + Green Tea
But before i go i will say dieting was my worst enemy till i figured out how my body worked, Yes My body and until you figure your own out dieting will be hard.
So take a little rest and try a few ways and trust me you will succeed like me.

Bright Future Ahead
Well fellow bloggers and my loving readers its been 6 months since you heard from me, I have been checking in regularly and i think its now time i updated you all on whats been going on.
Today I celebrated Reaching my 100lbs weight-loss goal its an immense achievement for me, Also I'm glad to report i have not crashed my car like some young drivers.
I did have an incident with some kids throwing snowballs but its a learning curve i now appreciate, cold weather can be very dangerous.
I will no doubt be back to post regular updates from this point on, i Just want to thank everyone for their continued support and thoughtful messages it has truly been a great help to me.
